We help make our customers' dreams a reality with service stability thanks to the complementarity support service (dual fab operation) at our Iwate and Oita offices, as well as one-stop option services including TSV, process porting, and MPW (multi-project wafer) shuttle service.
Process Lineup
For mixed signals (analog hybrids), we offer DMOS 8 V to 60 V for the 0.13 μm process series. For CMOS processes, we offer the 0.13 μm process series.
Device List
For mixed signals (analog hybrids), we offer a lineup of DMOS, bipolar, and diode devices for the 0.13 μm process series For the CMOS process, we offer a lineup of 1.5 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V devices for the 0.13 μm process series.
Service Flow
We provide PDKs (process design kits) and can handle partial or full production outsourcing of our customers' original processes.
