1. Quality Policy
In accordance with the Toshiba Group management policy, which is expressed in the statement, “Committed to People, Committed to the Future,” Japan Semiconductor is committed to full compliance with all laws and regulations. We endeavor to always put our customers first. In order to provide a higher quality, safer and state-of-the-art product and services that help to create a better quality of life for all people,
Japan Semiconductor will:

2. Continual Improvements
Japan Semiconductor establishes its Quality Objectives based on the company’s Business Targets, and the Quality Objectives are deployed, maintained and reviewed from the perspectives of “Customers,” “Internal Processes,” and “Learning and development” in line with a policy of continuous improvement.
